Meeting needs in a crisis including terrorist attacks

A practical handbook and training for all individuals who could potentially be involved in managing or responding to victims' needs, including decision-makers and first-line responders. These aim to improve the understanding of victims´ needs and to provide a more adapted response. The training and manual are intended to be adaptable to the various European realities. The contents of the handbook are available through a special training provided throughout Belgium and Europe.
